Complex Machining Components

We got the material from our customer as a cut slab and what we have to do was a high accuracy machining process for thousands pieces. Our customer is really satisfied to this result and becomes Deksafindo’s recurring customer.

Railway Lane Selector

Railway lane selector that you always see when traveling using train is the 1900s model. Therefore, an improvement is needed by the railway operator company. This project starts from designing the easier to operate and more accurate railway lane selector.

Railway Wear Measuring Tools

Wear is not a phenomenon that is easy to measure without any tool. Meanwhile, we get a project to measure wear on railway. We got the plastic-based prototype from our client. Than, we manufactured the wear measuring tools using our high-precision machines.

Corrosion-Free Bushing

The purchasing of the bushing’s material was in our scope of work. We started by purchasing the 316L Austenitic Stainless Steel material from United Kingdom as a circular slab. We machined the outside and created the inner hole. The material were targeted as a corrosion-free material due to the usage will be for acid suspension.

Air Intake Filter House Modification

Our client from textile industry needed a modified air intake filter housing for their WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant) compressor. We designed and manufactured the new housing to accommodate the new air filter.
